A Roman Marble Torso of Artemis Marble Height 24 in. 61 cm. running with her left leg forward, her right arm probably formerly raised to reach to her quiver (traces preserved), her left arm (separately carved and doweled on) probably once extended and holding the bow, and wearing a short, girdled peplos with overfold leaving her right breast bare, and a quiver strap across the chest; no restorations.
